Gut the 3rd wagon for parts, or save as running car?

Post by douglas vincent »

So, now that I have TWO beautiful 1990 Rio Red Rigs, a wagon and a sedan, what do I do with my extra salvage title wagon beasty?

As soon as I am sure that both are running 100%, I will either have to put the extra wagon up on blocks, or tear her down for parts. It would be nice to have the extra motor for the future, but then again, it would be nice to have the extra rig the moment I melt another piston. As it is, the extra wagon is running fine and dandy, just happens to be an ugly conclomaration of 3-4 parts cars for panels and doors. And an auto to boot.

Your opinion?

Gut it, just keep enough stuff in it to keep it running and street legal.

Just gut the whole friggin thing down to the carpet.
