I don't have a manual of what all goes in the engine and how it goes togeather with all the little lines. Are there any PDF's I can read about it?

Hmm, okay... so you've got the factory service manual for the engine, fuel injection, fuel system, and most of the relevant electrical system, my vacuum and PCV diagrams, my ECU pinouts... What exactly do you mean by "go together with the little lines?"

Ah, okay.
Look at the parts manual Josh posted. The relevant sections are Water Pump, Intake Manifold, Engine Cooling System, and Throttle Body. Maybe that combined with the block diagrams in the Engine Cooling System section of the engine manual that Josh posted will give you the info you need.

Please, please, please, spend the fucking $9 and get a manual. And I am a cheapskate. But spend the freaking money. Not only will you get more respect here, you will actuall USE it over and over when you are not near a computer.

FSMs are gold if you can find them. I've got the '91 set and '93 supplement. The torque specs alone are worth it.
For the cooling, you should have the alloy neck that goes to the upper radiator and to the heater off the back. You should also have a small metal jacket bolted to the engine that goes to the heater and to the water pump bypass IIRC. I think the alloy neck thing has fittings that run to the throttle body for heat, also.

Midnight in a Perfect World on Amazon or order anywhere. The first book in a quartet chronicling the rise of a man from angry criminal to philanthropist. Midnight... is a distopic noirish novel featuring 'Duchess', a modified 1990 Subaru Legacy wagon.
