DIY, it is cheaper...I spent less than $500 on my complete exhaust. And if you take out what I paid for the high flow cat, you can do it for less than $375...

It won't be anything near a CES TBE though. There is no way you could get anything close to there DP's. The build quality is higher then anything else I've seen on the market and the gaines are amazing! Sure you can build a 3" TBE for cheap but it'll be nothing like a CES system.
