I just watched "Super Size Me." The documentary of the path of one man across 30 days eating solely McDonalds foodstuffs.
He was not allowed to eat anything that was not purchased at McDonalds, down to the water.
He was required to SuperSize when asked (asked 9 times in 30 days, 5 of those times in Texas, the fattest state in the country).
He gained 24.5 pounds, shot up 100 cholesterol points, and his liver turned to shit.
It was gross.
I don't think I ever want to eat McDonalds, or fast food in general, any more. I am SERIOUSLY going to cut back on my intake of those foods.
I HIGHLY recomend seeing this film. It is genuinely disturbing.
ESPICALLY the notion that more American's know the Big-Mac theme than the Pledge. Scary.
That is all
