Can an N/A bumper fit on a turbo, same year?

92-94 NA bumpers will fit on 92-94 turbos. I'd expect the reverse to also be true.
I don't think pre-facelift bumpers can be put on post-facelift cars unless you also swap the lights, fenders, hood, and grille. Ditto for the reverse.
I don't know if 91 turbo bumpers can be interchanged with 90-91 non-turbo ones, but if you can, you also need the corresponding turn signals since they're different.
