Shifter bushings for '92 turbo

Post by 2.2Turbo »

I am going to replace my shifter bushings and was wondering where to purchase hardned shifter bushings? I was told that some of the local import part houses offer these bushings. I will check this on Monday.

Thanks,

oooooo.. I wanna see pics of your GNs!!

If you're going to replace your shifter bushings, you may also want to put in a short shifter at the same time. good times w/ that!

I know Cusco makes harder shifter bushings for our cars, but I wouldn't know where to get them...

I'm probably going to replace mine with OEM soon if I get motivated enough... My shifter is worse than any other MT car I've ever driven

Do I need the full shifter assembley or will a shifter and bushings be a big improvment?

Get the full assembly. Since you have it apart, you might as well put in a a short throw.

(again, picks of the t-types and GN please :D )
