Somewhere in the South Sound...

Post by tris91ricer »

Okay, All you... Be on the lookout!

Remember how we've been discussing the pre/post facelift frontend compatibilities?
I actually saw one yesterday, only backwards.
It's a 92 rear end (trunk, lights, etc) with a prefece (90-91) front end. I only saw it from the side, mind you, but it had the preface corner lights, (with the orange) and the post face rear.

Spotted on 336th st. in Federal Way, WA headed toward Pac. Hwy (99)

It's a dark slate kinda color. It's not grey, and it's not black. Almost looks like an aftermarket job, like a flat-black deal with some clear coats. Definitly stock, and the driver probably didn't know just how rare their car might be.
Any comments?

uh-oh! Looks like I accidentally started something..
Let's quash this now, THAWA  I don't have a pre or post face preference,
and both are great, I was simply talking about how many people have been
asking about converting front ends, but none of us have ever really seen it
in real-life. I did. I think. Meh, I haven't seen 'em since. I probably won't again,
to be honest.

oh well.
