Indeed. . . since I have a red intake manifold (stock STi part) I've been thinking when I go to do silicone hoses I'll do probably the red Perrin ones . . . just to keep things simple. ;)

Silver?

You are going to get your exhaust pipes colored? Why?

I prefer the raw luster of stainless steel, or silver ceramic coating. If I could have raw welded pipes with clear coat as the only coating, I'd be a happy camper.

but their different color. some of the pipes are raw and some have an alumidized coating on them so they can be polished. i could get them clear coated but i was kinda leaning to red or black in aps fassion. but no one has done blue afaik so that would be cool.

i probaly wont do my exhaust because its stainless but for shits and giggles i think it would be cool.

black, keep it looking stock. Nothing worse than seeing an engine bay with 66 different shades of blue.

their not different. some pieces are just have an alumidized coating on them. the reaso why they are this way is because the guy that did it could only use what was available by his suplier.

if i can get my friends digi ill put up pics by the end of this week. hopefully it will be fully done tomorow. it still needs the bov and an over flow tank. that and the intake created a snag. were trying to get something fabed up. more info on that on the intake page

Blue going to turbo, red for turbo to intercooler, blue from IC to throttle body.

I'm not a real big fan of a lot of color in the engine bay myself. I like the black and silver/raw metal look. But if you were going to do it I always thought that yellow would probably look nice because of all the yellow already in there. The brake fluid cap, clutch fluid cap and dip stick are all yellow IIRC. I'm not a huge yellow fan but it might look pretty sharp.
