Some of you may already have this but we found that boost was leaking
back through the Idle air control motor this can happen even at stock
boost levels. There is a check valve in the manifold that is supposed
to prevent this but it doesn't all the time. The solution is to route
the intake for the idle motor to a point after the turbo. We thought
we were really on to some thing new until we saw that all five of the
rally cars here for the hillclimb already had this setup.

I am running a liberty water to air intercooler. I welded a 3/4" pipe
to the inlet just before it enters the intercooler for the BOV this
comes out the right side makes a 90 and goes up to the BOV. I made a
3/4" Tee and inserted it into this line and ran a hose up to the IAC
and have had no problems at all. There is no presure at this point at
idle. I will try and get a picture for you.
