Flared Rocker panels

Anyone know how I can get those neat looking flared rocker panels?
Are they plastic/fiberglass add-ons or did they only come on the
Liberty RS's? If you look in the photos section and at the last
picture "Dream Legacy" you'll know what I mean. The rocker panels have
a neat flare between the wheel wells.
