hello all,
i'm considering doing an ej20tt conversion into a 92 wagon . i was just wondering what sort of mods would be needed (i.e mounts, fire-wall!, etc)
ej20tts are dirt cheap here in oz, i was wondering what this means quality/reliability wise? any opinions and facts would be appreciated
Cheers Boys
Thanks anyway,
Any information would be great as i havent actually purchased my subie. i'm just throwin round a few ideas on engine, suspensin and gearbox setup. i only got onto this site yesterday and thought i'd throw in a few questioons i've had for a while.
i guess most of you guys are just running the 22t's eh? i'm not sure about the availability of those over here. what sort of mods do you think to do a conversion into a stock, say, gx wagon with a 22t?
yeh i was talkin to a few blokes at one of the local jap import shops and he said the TT's a fairly common engine but needs some mount mods to make it fit. dunno bout this, but the bloke said it might just bolt onto the stocker 5 speed? any thoughts? ($2500 for the halfcut, $1700 for the engine alone)
Managed to score a set of Razo peddles of a 99 STi while i was there $30 bucks! hell yeah. wanted the wheel aswell but it was orready taken.
