Is there any direct swap from anyother car besides a legacy into a SS?

EDIT: I changed the topic because I need to know more info about the 4EAT. Do they all come with oil coolers?

Any tranny from any subaru car with an ej engine will swap in directly if it's a pull type clutch. All the others bolt in with slight modifications (pedals, clutch, flywheel, etc..)

I don't believe you can swap in any other trannny without changing the rear diff.

The transcooler is in the radaitor. I don't think they came with external coolers?? Just pick one up from Summit Racing.
