Factory fender

I got a factory fender for the passenger side of our 91 legacy and it really took some tweeking to get it to fit right. Is this normal or do you guys thing my car has been in a wreck??? Maybe someone can do a carfax for me.

alot of times it takes some realigning to get parts to fit correctly
