Ok folks, where do I start

So the 1993 legacy is mine.. I'll probably get it to my house on Saturday and start ripping it apart in the evenings...

I want the engine, and everything else I'll need for a tranny swap into my Turbo.

I'm taking any and all advice, including things that are gonna be tricky, to any special tools i'll need etc.

I wanna keep the axels for the swap.. do i need a spring compressor ?
