Yes, it'll work.
Bellmouth sucks, but it's better than stock, and certaintly cheaper than other options (CES dual dump)
Edit: Can you please not type in all caps?

With a bellmouth pipe, the exhaust gas swirls around in the big, grapefruit sized chamber. This creates a vacuum that tries to suck the wastegate open. Boost creep. I suppose with a BEP style plate, you could reduce boost creep, but flow is not optimal with a bellmouth pipe. It IS better than a flat-plate style downpipe (like the HKS pipe and the stock pipe).
The best alternative is to seperate the wastegate from the main dump as much as possible. This prevents exhaust gas turbulence, and aids flow. The problem with most dual-dump style pipes (BPM) is that they are prone to cracking and not being durable (due to inferior materials and methods of building).
I believe it was SCC that did the comparison test, and said that a dual dump was the best design out there, but it was relatively impractical due to lack of companies who can do it right, and do it well.
I get zero boost creep with my CES downpipe. Most people with bellmouth pipes will experience, at least some, boost creep. There are others, though, that never seem to have a problem.
It DOES seem to be very dependant on the company that makes them.

My 4 wire O2 came with enough wire I think to use the WRX bung.
For a muffler I'd say go with a dynomax bullit, like a glasspack but no louvers sticking out t mess with flow. They are loud, and don't mess up any of the turbo sound. I'm thinking about putting one right after the DP.
