Vacation is over

Post by QuickDrive »

Well when I joined this site almost a year ago I had gotten laid off from my job not but 2 months after.

Well after an 8 month vacation I found a new job, in a new city (only 1 hour from where I was living) and I'm going to be making money again, woot.

I'm doing Remote IT Admin work and troubleshooting for a company who supports around 100 other company's.

With winter coming I'll be stockpiling parts hopefully over the winter for some new spring upgrades.

It felt good to be off work for that long and get paid enough to pay the bills, but it does feel much better to be back in the swing of work too.

I hear ya, man. Especially when they start actually paying you money for working.

Midnight in a Perfect World on Amazon or order anywhere. The first book in a quartet chronicling the rise of a man from angry criminal to philanthropist. Midnight... is a distopic noirish novel featuring 'Duchess', a modified 1990 Subaru Legacy wagon.
