FWD 4eat to a FWD 5MT....couple quick q's

I recently stumbled upon a 1991 legacy sedan FWD subaru for the wonderful cost of $0 and am wondering what if anything, i would need to do a 4eat to 5mt swap. my auto is fading slowly but surely with every mile. Im looking to do the job in a weekend or so, so can anyone suggest anything that might need to be ordered ahead of time? i know its going to need a clutch, but other than that im not sure (this will be my first auto to standard swap so im anxious to get it going) but cant afford to have my car down for more than a weekend...

Any input is definatly apprecated
