Now what do I do with them?

Post by dscoobydoo »

The old flat-4 engineering shop ( now tarmac-usa) Sent me the wrong springs.

They won't take them back because they no longer sell this product.

they are H&R WRX springs.

Brand new.
Know anyone who would want them at a cheap cost??

I'm confused. If THEY are responsible for sending you the wrong stuff, why do YOU have to eat the error? If they're not willing to deal with you in a just manner, complain!

Stick a thread in our reviews section here, and at nasioc, and at i-club, and wherever else, until they're ready to capitulate. The internet connects people, for all that entails.

Be honest; if you kept them for a long long time without testing, or ordered goofy, or something like that, accept responsibility, but if they're 100% at fault, let the world know.

Oh trust me, I went a few rounds with the company. I originally ordered the turbo legacy springs and they sent me 02-03 wrx ones.

I tried to send them back, but they kept BSing me.

I finally got pissed and told the CC company. i got my refund from the CC company, and I still have the springs.

No one on Nabisco has gotten back to me yet. ( i am betting because these drop 1.5 front and 1.4 rear)

So I have brand new WRX springs 02-03 in the box and I don't have a car to put them on.

Know anyone who would want em cheap??

Hmmm. . . if they're designed to fit 2004 WRX sedans, we need to talk. :)

before you make the plunge, I have to warn you:
They drop the WRX 1.5 in front and 1.4 rear. It is a pretty dramatic drop. I know the rears fit because I test fit them. The fronts will need the WRX strut top mount to fit. I have no idea of the cost.

As for fitting 04, they are labeled 02-03 only
