SBF2 fuse????

SBF2 fuse????
This fuse keeps blowing in my engine compartment, the guy I bought my turbo legacy off of hooked the jumper cables off backwards...not my car crannks but won't start or get spark...any idea on what could be wrong...geez...im not even getting spark..
