tranny tool
I understand a special tool is needed to set the ring and pinion in the tranny. Is this Subaru specific? My brother in law is a certified transmission tech, and he has agreed to help me get this thing going. He has access to all the Ford and Chrysler tools so I was wondering if this is something we should attempt. He does not have any experience with Subies.

Does this mean nobody here knows? Or you just figured I'd find out once I get into it? I'd really like to know before I start. Thanks.
