Can you get us pictures of the ECUs?

Oh wait -- 22611AB414 is from a 1995 North American non-postal Legacy.

Still want to see pictures of 22611AB010 though. I don't recognize that number.

22611AB414 is for a 1995 North American EJ22. I've dealt with a couple different ECUs for 95 Legacies, and that's the part number. 22611AB41x is unique to 1995 North American non-postal Legacies; in fact, it has different pinouts from any other ECU.

The pictured 22611AB010 seems to be from a pre-1998 foreign-market car. The pinouts are similar to (but not necessarily the same as) North American 1st-generation Legacies'. I don't know which car or engine it's for, though. If you could open it up and take some high-resolution photographs of the insides (or maybe just lay the circuit board on a flatbed scanner) then I might be able to tell you more.

What are you hoping to find out?

Hmm, I can't tell for sure how many coil drivers that ECU has... But it has had its code replaced; that's the chip with the sticker over it. Moreover, the chip is a bona fide 16-bit latched 27C1028 EPROM, which is extremely hard to find. Almost everyone who chips these ECUs uses a pair of 8-bit 27C256s and a latch. So it kind of seems like this ECU was chipped by someone on the inside.

So... if I had to guess, I would guess that this ECU is from some generation of WRX STi. Its pinouts are likely to be very similar to the MY 1996 WRX pinouts on North Ursalia's page:
