The grind isnt enough to really upset the idle and the stock ecu can handle the cams. But i have the Apexi ignition timing controller and the s-afc II.

So the top numbers are the new cams and the bottom are the stock cams?

It was about 65 dollars a cam to have them reground. Once they got the cams, they had them for about a day then sent them back.
It looks like the bottom is the stock form and the top is the reground numbers. Not a big change at all but it's only supposed to be a 10% gain in power.

$65?!! Whoa. I wonder if they can use N/A cams to regrind to these specs ...

Wow a potential 10% increase, that's awesome for 130 bucks. I'm curious to see how it works out for you once you get it running again.

Hell ya, that's a big, power to wallet-weight ratio!
What management are you going to run with the T3/T4?

There's a guy at my school running a T3/4 on his 2.5RS, and only made 176whp, and 160lb-ft.
I was pretty disappointed, so I hope you get some better figures out of it.

I should, at least i hope so. The one i'm getting flows a little more than an 18G and a little less than a 20G with spool up around 2500 rpm.

I'm ready to pay more than that, if I knew who can do same thing for a N/A engine.
Edit: I have a 94 Legacy 2.2L.

Have you called delta camshaft? They are located in Tacoma Washington. Good customer service. They probably would have something for n/a engines. I don't think the grinds are extremely vehicle specific. Kinda like HKS cams, they have a 626 and a 729 or something like that, i cant remember the numbers exactly but they use them for diff cars like supra, evo, wrx. I know cobb has some spicy cams for the 2.5 RS that matt monson has on his car.
Matt, if you read this, did you notice a difference when you put them in other than your dyno #'s?
Management is apexi s-afc II and apexi ITC (ignition timing controller) They've been laying in my room for a couple months now.

Hardy - Yea, it was a stock EJ25, slapped a T3/T4 on it and running 8psi. I was disappointed
.
Phil when he used to work at TurboXS, was at a wall of 390whp on his setup. No matter the tune, and TurboXS guys can TUNE, stuck. 2.5 block, 2.0L heads. Slapped a set of medium hot cams into the car and made 498whp. Then he blew the headgasket.

They've had a lot of guys here blow the engine by using 2.0L heads with a 2.5L sti block. Jon says they replace more engine swaps because of that. He said why you shouldnt use the wrx heads on a 2.5L sti motor but i dont remember the reason. The most successful appear to be the 2.5 liter RS heads on the block.
