I'm not sure. I asked a law student friend of mine, and he said to go to the local courthouse and file some paperwork, and they would tell me what to do there. Apparantly in contract law cases such as mine would have been, the buyer is usually the one entitled to compensation, and the other guy would have had to replace my parts and pay the court fees.dzx wrote:How do you take someone to small claims court over an internet deal?
