Door replacement difficulty?
I have a donor lined up (a slightly dinged up facelift winestone wagon) and want to do it tomorrow.
If you guys want anything off this car tell me soon, most of the exterior is shot. Its a 5MT N/A wagon with grey cloth. If it helps I'll bring low priority stuff to the Feed and Speed, other than that I'd rather not have to ship unless you really need something badly and your life depends on it.
Speaking of which I should read about wheel baring replacement, bad day.

I need the latch for the pass side rear storage compartment. I can wait for the Feed & Speed.

I'd recommend doing the door with someone helping. I haven't done a Subaru door, but I've done others and they are HEAVY. I find the best is a decent jack with a cloth-covered wood pad to protect the door bottom and to stabilize the door while someone sle holds it and you align the hardware.
Thanks for the latch deal - the guy who helped me with my bodywork snapped it on me. I can't complain since he saved me a lot of cash.
Actually, if it's not too much trouble, I'll take the fuel separator junk that attaches to the pass rear strut tower under the interior trim. If it's too much of a PITA, don't bother - I'm sure I can find one somewhere.

yeah the door is definitley a 2 person job if you want to align it properly. theres 4 bolts and a pin that need to come out, but the door is like siliconed or something to the car so taking it off is easy, as you have to practically pry it off of the car.
