Grounding Kit

I was just looking around for some cheap mods to help my car performe a little better and clean up the engine bay a little when I though of putting a grounding kit on it. I have a 1991 Legacy wagon.

Any input on if this helps? And where I can buy one?

I think there is some debate as to whether they actully do anything. But if you do get one I would pop into your neighborhood electronics store and make your own.
