Injectors
I know there is a lot of posts on here about this...
But what is the best option as far as an upgrade goes for NA Legacys. I have a 95 EJ22 Turbo, and all I need are 370cc injectors. My emanage shows 100% IDC at 4400rpms on 5.5psi on my stock red tops (beleive they are 270cc).
So my question is, would it be easier to change the rail and injectors to legacy turbo (ej22t), or
go with the sr20det injectors which I have been told just need a little modding to the harness part.
Both of which are 370cc, and I cantune the fuel, also need to know about fitment and o rings.
Any help or experience please.

I would go with the sr20det injectors because the fuel rails are cheap and easy to get. Thats what I did. The harness modification (grinding down the plastic) has never been a problem.

Soak them down with wd-40 and do the push-pull then. I pressed down really hard on the pintle against a table once to pop some out.

Try putting the pintle down on a heavy secure table that has no bounce, preferable over a leg. Now gently whack the fuel rail with a hammer straight down so to dislodge the injector and send it out of the hole.
