Here's the scoop, my friend totalled her 95 impreza with a 1.8 L automatic. She rolled it so pretty much all of the exterior is bad. What mechanical parts are interchangable between this car and my 94 legacy turbo? I can pretty much take anything I want off of it. The spoiler somehow is untouched, not sure if there is any difference between the legacy and impreza spoiler though.
Thanks,
Eric

Wow, I hope your friend is okay!
A lot is interchangeable. You might even say most parts. The following comes to mind as I think of what I might grab though, were I in your place:
If the Impreza doesn't have ABS, take its brake booster. The single-stage brake booster feels much nicer than our stock tandem-stage booster. Take the hose, too, since it's a little different.
And if it has a Diamond brand ignition coil pack, you could use that. Grab the ignitor (and bracket) too, either to use now or just as a spare.
The charcoal canister can be used if you ever want to remove your auxiliary purge system (eliminating the need for that extra nipple on the coffee mug) but look as OEM as possible.
If she had decent headlight bulbs in the Impreza you may want to use them instead of the suboptimal ones you have now. Ditto for fogs, if the Impreza had them.
You might grab the spring perches in case you ever decide to put Impreza springs on your car.
I think the front axles fit our cars, so if any of your CV boots are torn you might consider that.
Spare lug nuts?
Take all the non-standard fuses and relays out of the fuse box. Spares of those are good to have.

Thanks for the replys, I don't believe the impreza has ABS(darn, I really needed that master cylinder!) I need a power steering pump as mine is going bad and I believe they are the same. I will take the alternator(always nice to have a spare). Will the brake booster be worthwhile to take out? I already replaced one and know how hard they are to do. would taking the fuel rails yield a real benefit? I know im taking the airbox as I am going back to the stock setup. Its a shame I can't fit 14" wheels on..this car had brand new tires. How would I know if it has a diamond coil pack? also if you think of any other parts please list them. thanks.

If it doesn't have ABS, then yes -- it as absolutely worth the effort to take the brake booster. Ask anyone on the board who has a single stage booster. It's really not that hard to remove, especially if you don't care about the car -- undo the two nuts holding the master cylinder on and push the MC out of the way, cut the fuel hoses and move the filter out of the way, undo the four nuts under the dash holding the booster to the firewall, undo the clip and pin holding the booster to the pedal linkage, separate the vacuum hose from the intake manifold, and yank the booster out.
The fuel rails are not of any benefit directly, but they would allow you to use certain upgrade injectors in the future, like the STi's for example.
A Diamond coil pack will have a sticker on it that has "Diamond" printed on it.
