Thats a bone in you hand.

I broke one of my cardinal rules. Get angry and hit the wall. I hit the stud. With my pinky knuckle. My hand is useable, but only for anything that doesnt require strength. Its pretty fucking painful.

You need to work up to and maintain your hands to punch comcrete and steel without injury. Start by punching sand and work up in hardness and punching force as the bones in your hand heal stronger.

Did the outside bone in the right hand when whitewater paddling. There was very little displacement and the more I used it the longer the swelling
stayed.

Then I did the left one with 2 dislocated fingers in a mountain biking incident. The displacement was such that the knuckle at the hand disappeared. This was called a "prize-fighters hand".(without headlines)

If its swollen--dont use it. :smt083

one of my ribs got broken the other day.... was helping move a kingsize bed.. some "support" legs fell out from under the middle, and me being the thinnest, my stepfater and brother picked up the bed and I slid under... then the frame unhooked from the footboard.. and headboard.. (they were holding.. footboard and headboard..) and the entire king size bed with mattress, box springs, frame, and blankets/pillows landed on my chest..

it hurts to breathe

my friend did that at school. they would always punch this one wall, not breaking it but denting it slightly, one day the school decided to put a thick piece of steel behind it, he punched, heard a crack, the rest was painful

Pray you don't get a cold! I had a broken rib once and I got a Broncial infection about 2 days later. It was horrible.

My "doctor" looked at it. Barring an actual X-ray, its a fracture. 6-8 weeks to heal, and don't hit any walls.

Just watch Kill Bill then bone up on your martial arts skills. I wouldn't reccomend burring yourself alive and trying to punch your way out but it could come in handy if you ever were.

Hit me up if you need some meds...(see "I was sooo high" post)
