What kind of oil for LSD?

Post by ej22t »

Hi guys, just done the LSD diff. swap and now I have to go to change the fluid. Since the open diff that I used has I was using the Redline 75W90NS. Now I have the LSD on it, so what kind of fluid should I use?
Please help and thanks!

I'm pretty sure Redline 75W90NS is the recommended Redline oil for the LSD too. The limited-slip part is sealed so it's treated the same as an open diff.

I like neo. I use it in my engine, tranny, and diff.

Just to repeat what was already said, any type of fluid intended for a standard differential. When you ask which to use make NO MENTION of it being an LSD or you might get the wrong stuff (with friction modifiers).
