In car smell...

Post by scuzzy »

Some wiseass motherfucker thought it funny to drop a bag of red potatoes in my passenger side rear window which I left cracked slightly on newyears day.

I was at work, the car was in my work parking lot (no security cameras)

It sat, for two days (today) and I went to get back in it and caught a fucking nasty smell.

I'm so goddamn pissed off it's not even funny anymore. If I ever catch the guy who did it, I'd force feed him rotten red potatoes till he died of a stomach rupture.

So, how the hell do I get rid of this smell?

I've tried some interior cleaners and such, scrubbing, yada yada, it's not coming out. I'm to the point of just stripping the inside of the car to bare nothing and re-upholstering it with a doner car that has a black interior or something.

There is a product by Maguires that kills odor and does it very well. It comes in a yellow bottle and looks kinda like pee but it gets the job done. If you can find it I highly reccomend it.

My A/C thingy under the dash had the hose clogged up and it started to drip in my car and I didn't know it untill I came out one hot mourning to a stinky. moldy mess on my passengers side floorboard. I cleaned up the mess, fixed the hose and used a good amount of the spray and it worked like a charm.

Hope this helps.

Worst comes to worst, you can go to a detail shop and have them run an ozonator in your car
