Are you just asking how the cruise control switch mounted on the steering wheel works?

It's essentially just two push-button switches, each connected between a pin of the cruise computer and the switched side of the coil of the horn relay.

On 93-up models (and maybe 92-with-airbag models), the "cancel" function of the switch was achieved by closing both switches simultaneously.

You would just wire up the buttons on your new steering wheel to mimic the stock wiring. Connect each cruise button to the unswitched side of a horn button and to its respective wire going to the cruise computer.

There are only two buttons. Press SET/COAST and RESUME/ACCEL at the same time to CANCEL.

Are the two horn buttons destined for separate honking sounds or sequences?
