Twin turbo to single Turbo WRX conversion

Hi All,

I have a 94-96 model jap import twin turbo legacy wagon (origanaly an auto but convertered to manual with a previous project) and have coverted now to being a single turbo WRX engine.
I have the car running which it has done for about 9 months although I have a problem where it will cut out the engine 95% of the time at approx 3500-4000 revs when giving the car more than 50% throttle.
One of my mates has a WRX STI computer which we believe would fix all my problems (well at least related to the car).
So basically i'm after some info either has someone else done this mod and over come this problem or computer pin outs for my twin turbo model computer and also the WRX computer and I would swap over all the pins.

Any help greatly appreaticated as this is now starting to get annoying.
