Engne Knocking And Stalling

I have a 1991 subaru legacy L and when i start it in the morning it idles good then like 15 munits it stalls on me. I restart it without turning the key all the way off the engine will make a knocking noise and the tach is under 1 and bounces back up and down then shuts back off. I turn the key all the way off and restart it and its fine till i start goingdown the road i fel it starting to stall do i floor the gas pedal and it spudders then stalls and will keep doing that i hope some of you can help me on this if you need more information e-mail me kyleb04756@msn.com

Also i replaced the crankshaft sensor and it seemed to help but 1 week after st started dying on me. I unplugged the ERG thingy and it has vacume and seems to help but it dosnt really
