Door alignment?

Im just wondering how to align the doors, because my driversider door is rising(yes rising) and it needs to be pushed back a little because it is rubbing the fender a little bit, the car never got in the accident in case you were wondering. Just it has always been like that, and now i want to fix it lol. Thanks, im guessing ill need to remove the fender right?
