Injectors stuck open or fuel sys problem

Well doing the dohc swap I also did the parrell fuel line swap with an ebay fpr the car would not start and I found out the that the ebay fpr was at 100psi of fuel pressure. Put the stock one back on and got all the fuel out of the car and it started with the injectors unpluged. So I get the a new megan racing fpr and get it dialed in to 40psi put new plugs in and plug in the injectors and the car will not start just poors gas out of the down pipe. I am running a straight down pipe right now so no it is not going through my exhaust. Next I un plug the injectors and while running 40psi on my fpr and gas is still pooring out of my down pipe. What could cause gas to poor out of my down pipe. Acording to my research o-rings or bad injectors that I ruined when I hit 100psi psi of fuel. Any way I can test to find out which injectors are broken? Or do I have another fuel system problem. I also put a walbro 255lph in at the same as I did the dohc swap.
