In the trunk right behind the seats is the location for the fuel pump & sending units. The one you are looking for (fuel pump) is on the driver side. It will be covered by a metal plate. Remove that and you've got access to the wiring for the pump.
Hope this helps ya out.

You've got a short, as you suspected. You need to measure the amps going across each fused circuit and narrow down where your short is.....

Also stop putting in bigger fuses, you'll have a fire soon.

That is very true. You can overload the wire before it takes out a slow burn fuse. This will result in melted wire casing and exposed wires...

I'd bet some puctuation would help.

Punctuation, like spelling and grammer, is a tool to help people communicate effectively. It's a way to get what you want. You want people to give you information, in this case about your car. The better you communicate your idea, the more likely you will get what you want.

Not using the communication tools you have at hand is like changing a tire using only a screw driver. You've got the correct tool right there in your tool box, but for some reason you think it's cool to not use it.

If youput the workload onme the reader to fill in the puctuation when imreading the forms youwill not get any helpful information from me anywayslol

So beautifully said Steve. Bravo!
Getting a point across in a clear manor allows for a clear and most times a correct response to your issue at hand.

Problem with my 92 Legacy Sport!!!

Post by 92LegacySpOrT »

Ok so here is the news after everyone pitched in there know how and info. Today I was playing with the wiring harness right. The one that goes form the fuel pump and then to MPFI control unit. So anyways I bought a new 30 amp fuse and put it in where it goes. Then I hooked everying that i had taken apart back together. So the next thing I did was turn it over. Guess what? It started so anyways I was doing my checks jiggle n the wire's and so forth. Then the car started to die. So I guess i'm replacing a harness. Yahoo go me lol but I guess that's what I get for getting it for free. After fixing to car's anyways I really love this car. So I really don't want to part with it. Well thanks for all your help if you think my diagnosis is wrong feel free to tell me. :-D
