I did some research into this and found that the BK(95-99 non raised roof) fit well with minor modification.
I'm not sure about raised roof (outback) or BH (00-04) wings, though.
93 legacy wagon L, 22T swapped (TW imitator) now with five forward speeds. (Gone, but never forgotten)

In Japan they modify the wagons big time.

I got a spoiler from a '98 OBW and I am planning on putting it on the back of my '93 TW.

I will document the process so all who want to can duplicate it. I just recieved the spoiler in the mail yesterday and did a dry fit and the width is perfect. It apears the contour of the sides will match the slope of the hatch as well... just need to do something about the mounting studs.

Another option that I don't know if it would work, would be a forester spoiler (unsure of year) but I saw one and thought it might fit.
