Fuel Rail Compatibility

Post by glennda5id »

Will a 2.5 fuel rail, from say a 97 outback fit a 92-94 EJ22. Are they the same part with the same injectors?

Thanks

I think the intake runners on the 2.5 are spaced differently (further apart) than PI 2.2s so they are not going to bolt in.

For a NA car, stick with the same size engine runners.

If you have a 2.2, go to a junkyard anf get another set from a 2.2.

Now, I am curious why you need a set of runners?
Yes I have too many Subarus
