Just did the GR2's on my Legacy. And I got some '02 WRX Struts/springs to use. I had planned on using the springs with the legacy GR2's. Fronts worked great. However, the rear's did not fit. The lower portion of the spring was smaller than the ring on the strut, and I didn't like the idea of running it like that... so I installed the stock springs as they fit perfectly.
I examined the numbers and the legacy springs have a higher spring rate than the WRX ones. Im wondering if there are any ill effects to mixing WRX front and legacy rear springs?
