Intercooler temp gauge

I have a factory Subaru AWIC w/temp sensor on it and was wondering what I could use as a gauge to hook up to it to read the coolant temp. I presume I could just get a regular round face gauge, but was thinking more along the lines of digital or LCD display.

Anyone of anything that may be appropriate?
