That um, doesnt seem like it would work very well...

How would the MAF get a signal?

It wouldnt... so yeah, that isnt the best idea.

That would only work with MAP cars but the idea is quite interesting! Reminds me of an old carburated V8

My car actually had a ghetto intake that was somewhat similar...

It had all the stock piping, but the airbox had the cover removed and was flipped around so the filter was exposed.

It was retarded, everything was zip tied together and just retarded...

If you want to eliminate the restriction of an airbox, then why keep half the airbox?
