I found this site where they have service manuals and several subaru models including impreza, legacy, forester, tribeca, etc. They also have parts catalogs and I'm downloading the impreza and legacy stuff right now.

I got one downloaded and it worked. When it got done it had a password and I thought it wasn't going to work but then I went back and found out the password for all these files is pdftown.com and I used that and it worked.
Now I think I have to wait another 15 minutes to download the next file but oh well it's worth it.
