So I'm trying to remove the front bumper....

...and I've looked at a few threads on the topic, but I'm still unclear about what to do with these:

One thread I found says to "pop" them off... but does that mean prying or actually trying to unscrew them? They're plastic and pretty well stuck on there. You can see I already tried just unscrewing one and it got pretty stripped out with very little effort.

What am I supposed to do?

With those, the center part is supposed to unscrew, then you pry the base out. If they are stuck, which most of them are, I like to use my air hammer to shear them. And then I get new ones.

Alright. Should I look forward to speaking with the dealership for replacements, or are they available somewhere else?
