I'm not sure if you'd want to take the heads apart beforehand or not. If the shop isn't really familiar with Subaru heads you should probably bring them in assembled, rather than a box of loose parts. That way they could rebuild them more easily since that seems to be what you're looking for.
I would make some calls and talk to various shops, find out who you like.

Custom Import Heads rebuilds heads, Delta Camshaft grinds cams. Same company, though. You'd probably get faster results if you called.douglas vincent wrote:Delta Camshaft rebuilds heads....
