have you checked your fuel pump? it could have issues. Maybe also plug wires? I had a similar problem and found out my pump was shot. When igot on full throttle it's hesitate and i'd hear some popping, but when i eased into throttle it'd be fine. i guess my problem was the pump would slowly produce fuel but when it needed it on demand it'd cut out then fire up again... then the pump just died on me.

I remember some time ago having this exact problem, exact.
After much investigation, it ended up being a faulty spark plug wire.
Just one of the wires was inconsistently shooting electricity down the side of the terminal rather then going through it.
I'd recommend removing all your plugs and wires, and then inspecting your spark plugs. Check your plugs out, scrutinize detail. The shape and details on your spark plugs will show you what's happening in your engine while it runs.
Replace the plugs and wires-
This would be a good step.
