Ecu identification? Turbo or not

I've got two ecus sitting here a 90 ej22 non turbo and a 92 ej22 turbo.

Numbers on one are (left to right) mecf-m61 a1 00556. 22611 aa694 1Z27 a1 m8

the other mecf-m03 a1 03768. 22611 aa562 9X24 a1 B9.

Any help? Can anyone break these numbers down for future reference?
