defrost and heater

maybe some one can help me my defrost only work only on defrost but it takes like 30min to defrost the window and it works only on bilev for heat and also it takes long time and the faster u go the more heat it throws same as defrost any sugestion would help yea also my heat defrost dont do nothing idk if it could be the switch are the blower are fan but car dont over heat so probly switch are blower. THANKS

2) possibly the heater core is partially blocked, which is restricting the coolant flow.
