cooling fan size

Post by lucas »

so the cooling fans on my car were totally shot, rust at almost 4 inches of the bottom of them along with the bottom mount support. I changed the bottom support and went to put some 92 lego fans on there and found that there shorter than the stock fans. WTF how is that possible? shouldnt they all be the same?

anyone have any idea why this is.

The turbo radiator is larger (taller), so the fan housing on the turbo cars are also taller. I don't know if the actual fan blade is any different, but the housing will definitely be different.

Try posting something in the parts shed. They will have to be from a turbo legacy.
