Is this clutch disc and pressure plate any good?

These are out of a '98 OB. If pics are good enough, Plz let me know if they're still usable.

1st one is not 'shiny' - just glare from the overhead light.

It looks good to me, actually look like its fairly low miles. I think I would use it, I've used a lot worse.
