where to order the the trans vss

where is a good site to get a new transmission speed sensor. when i tried google it keeps showing a the abs speed sensor

That is an electronic one, you need a mechanical one. 1st gen aka 90-94 legacy. Note that 94 was first year of the 2nd gen legacy in other countries.

these vvs's are confusing. the tcu shows a code of 32 which is vvs 1. so where is it and is it electric or mechanical

On the first gen Legacy the VSS2 (which is what the ECU uses) is in the gauge cluster.....read, it is the speedometer. The speedometer is your VSS2.

VSS1 is the speed sensor at the back of the auto trans to detect the difference in speed between the rear and front wheels.

but if thats vvs1 is bad or the wiring to it would that cause hight shift points? i have to do 85 in order to get to 4th lol

If the VSS1 was ok before the trans work, then something is likely bad with the wiring or how it was repaired. I'd suggest taking it back to the shop. it shouldn't be doing what it's doing.
